Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we accept items that are unopened and unused in their original packaging within 90 days of the purchase date. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return request must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 90-day return window has passed.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team at nevello@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization within 2–3 business days. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
